2. What this site is

The site exists to describe our locksmith services and to let you contact us. The information on it is general in nature and is not professional advice about your particular lock, door or vehicle.

3. Service requests and confirmation

A message sent through the site, a phone call, or a conversation with the automated assistant is a request for service, not a concluded contract.

A service is agreed only once we confirm it - verbally by phone or in writing - together with the time and the scope of work.

4. Prices and estimates

All amounts shown on the site are estimates given for orientation and are not a binding offer.

The final price depends on the type of lock or vehicle, the condition found on site, the materials required, the time and the distance, and is confirmed before work begins.

Prices shown to consumers include value added tax at 18%.

5. Proof of ownership and identity

We open an apartment, house, business premises or vehicle only for a person who can prove a right of access - an identity card showing the address, a contract, a vehicle registration document or another credible document.

We reserve the right to refuse the callout if ownership or right of access is not established, and this is not treated as a failure to perform on our part.

6. Callouts and availability

Arrival times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and current workload. We do not guarantee an exact arrival time.

If a callout is cancelled after the technician has already set off, a callout charge may apply.

7. Site content

We aim to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate at all times, or applicable to your situation. Content may change without notice.

8. Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and other content on this site are our property or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for loss arising from a misunderstood piece of information on the site, from an attempted self-repair, or from circumstances outside our control.

This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence in carrying out the service.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Skopje.
