The fastest jobs are the ones where we already know what we are walking into. A few details let us bring the right equipment and quote accurately on the phone.
Where you are, including municipality and street, and for apartment blocks the entrance number and floor. What is locked, meaning a flat, a house, a car, a shop, a gate or a garage. What the door is like, whether ordinary, metal, high security with multiple points, glass, or a roller shutter.
For a vehicle: make, model and year, and whether the key is locked inside or genuinely lost. If a key has broken in the lock, say so, because that is a different job from a lockout.
If you cannot name the door type, just describe how it looks. That is enough.
What we ask for on arrival
Proof that you are entitled to access. For a home that means ID with the address, a rental contract, a bill in your name, a booking confirmation, or confirmation from a neighbour or caretaker.
For a vehicle it means the registration document and proof the car is yours, or the rental agreement and your ID if it is hired.
If the documents are locked inside, which happens constantly, we will find another reasonable way to establish it. We do not refuse people over this, but we also do not open doors blindly.
Coverage and hours
All ten Skopje municipalities, 24 hours a day, including Sundays and public holidays. The base is in Aerodrom, so the southeast of the city is reached fastest.
Typical arrival is 15 to 30 minutes in the urban area. For the outlying villages it is longer and we will say so honestly rather than promise a number we cannot meet.
